Congratulations! to our very own Ray Norton for his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant effective October 1st. He came to Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue District as a Firefighter/Paramedic in December 1994, and will now assume the responsibilities of Lieutenant on Engine 27, "A" Shift.
